OPERATION MANAGER - KANDY
KEY DUTIES
- Visit and liaise with customers to ensure service satisfaction and business growth.
- Oversee and manage branch inventory and daily operations.
- Work closely with the branch technician and other staff to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
- Supervise staff performance and coordinate team responsibilities.
- Ensure effective communication between departments and upper management.
- Monitor and report on branch KPIs and operational progress.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in operations, or branch management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of marketing strategies and ability to contribute business development ideas.
- Hands-on experience with inventory and customer relationship handling.
- Experience in customer service handling / after-sales handling industry will be a definite advantage.
Salary Package: LKR 100,000 - 140,000 (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
