Executive - Operations
Harris and Menuk (Pvt) Ltd. is a company incorporated in Sri Lanka since 1978 and is a multifaceted Textile Solutions company operating in the territory of Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh offering a diverse portfolio of textile chemicals, dyestuffs, and related products.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person to facilitate and perform Operations related activities thereby, facilitate the Operational functions within the department to achieve team objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer and supplier interactions professionally, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships and effective negotiation and follow-ups to meet operational needs.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records and analyze operational performance to support decision-making.
- Participate in pricing activities and carry out price request negotiations with suppliers/customers.
- Support implementation of process such as new product developments and improvements to enhance productivity.
- Support vendor evaluation and maintain supplier performance records.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost control related to operational activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process quality and service delivery.
- Monitor and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an operations role.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in supplier and customer coordination is a value added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good presentation skills.
