SALES & MARKETING - EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to support sales growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
- Understand customer logistics requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Strong industry knowledge with the ability to offer effective logistics solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, with strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to close deals effectively.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing timely updates on shipments. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding and logistics sector. Strong industry knowledge with the ability to offer effective logistics solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of international shipping processes (Air & Sea Freight preferred).
