We are gearing up for the construction of Pentara Residencies - a 40-storey ultra-luxury high-rise in the heart of the city - and we’re looking for motivated, skilled, and passionate individuals to join our award-winning construction team.
Manager – MEP
- Bsc Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
- Chartered Engineer status is mandatory
- Minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience
- Proven experience in MEP systems within high-rise building construction projects is compulsory
- Oversee and manage all MEP-related activities across the project lifecycle with strong leadership and coordination skills
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
- Provide technical guidance and ensure timely resolution of MEP-related issues while project planning, budgeting, and execution of MEP works to meet project timelines end
Site Engineer – MEP
- Bsc Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP works, preferably in high-rise building construction
- Hands-on experience in site execution, coordination, and supervision of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.)
- Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other site disciplines to ensure smooth execution of MEP works
- Monitor progress and quality of MEP installations and report site issues to the MEP
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handing over of MEP systems
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and project schedules
