Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant

to join our Sales and Distribution Arena in Galle. The ideal candidate will play a key supportive role by engaging in multiple responsibilities and handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure a seamless operational workflow. This position requires a high level of accuracy in documentation and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - GALLE

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate physical/online records of transactions pertaining to various types of stocks.
  • Handling packing materials and maintain the relevant register.
  • Preparing monthly summary reports on stock balances for submission and future reference.
  • Managing employee compensation-related documentation, ensuring timely submission for approval.
  • Assisting with quarterly stock verification and report preparation.
  • Coordinating timely dispatch of goods to retail supermarkets and facilitating reconciliation of delivery confirmations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level.
  • Minimum of a Certificate Level Qualification in Business.
  • Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution / University.
  • Minimum of 02 years of previous work experience, handling administrative responsibilities.
  • Computer literacy.

Preference will be given to applicants residing in close proximity to Galle.
