RECOVERY EXECUTIVE
(BATTARAMULLA/NEGOMBO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to follow up on recovery matters
- Ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding dues
- Maintain detailed recovery records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to support recovery processes
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum Three (03) years of experience in recovery within financial institutions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
- A professional and confident personality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Age below 35 years
Location-Based Requirements:
- Battaramulla Head Office
- Female candidates, Office-based role with customer liaison via phone/email
- Negombo Branch
- Male candidates, must have a valid driving license (owned vehicle is preferred) as field visits are required to meet clients for recovery follow-ups
