Property Managers
Prerequisite Experience
- A Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, ICT)
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Property Manager of condominiums or a Senior Project Manager in large construction projects
- Good analytical and people skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Lead Engineers
Prerequisite Experience
- Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in MEP Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in large condominiums, hotel or commercial buildings maintenance
- Minimum 3 years experience as Senior Engineer
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Technicians
Prerequisite Experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in condominiums, hotels or commercial buildings
- MEP systems, swimming pool maintenance, and minor civil works
- Ability to provide credible references from previous employers
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including both day and night rotations
