Job Description
JOB PROFILE
- Should have the capacity to handle maintenance shift independently with guiding Maintenance technicians (specially in night shifts)
- Perform wide variety of general building maintenance services and repairs including Electrical system, HVAC, PABX, Plumbing, Fire system, STP & Utility equipment
- Responsible to perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance Program as assigned
- Monitor & maintain all buildings as assigned
- Responsible for 24 - hours emergency maintenance services related to building systems as assigned
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company & government guidelines
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Individual with certificate level course in electrical in reputed Training Institute (NVQ Level 3 or Above)
- An energetic person with Proven knowledge of technical terms using in Electrical system, HVAC, PABX, Plumbing, Fire system, STP & Utility equipment (all Related building services) with Good general maintenance skills
- 7 Years overall working experience with 5 years experience in building service engineering field
- Candidate should have the ability to work in tense environment, understand customer requirements and display commitment for work
- Candidate should be a good team player with sound communication skills & sense of urgency
