DATA ANALYST
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic planning.
- Automate regular reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in developing data models and predictive analytics as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services will be an added advantage.
