EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Handle tax submissions and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Monitor company cash flow and budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting is acceptable.
- Part or fully qualified in AAT / CIMA / ACCA / CA Sri Lanka or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in RAMIS (IRD system).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry will be an added advantage.
