ASSISTANT MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
(FLOOR SHEETING MANUFACTURING-COLOMBO)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand of project sales cycles – from lead generation to final order fulfillment.
- Read construction drawings/BOQs
- Handle long lead-time sales and follow-ups
- Handle CRM (e.g. SAP, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Travel for site visits or client meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven sales experience in B2B, preferably in construction, interior products, or building materials
- Strong network with architects, contractors, project managers, and developers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong pipeline management and reporting abilities
- Problem-solving mindset – able to deal with site-level or delivery issues
- Self-driven, persistent, and target-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
