RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily operations of the Tuk Hailing business while driving growth through strategic planning and performance analysis.
- Improve driver service quality and customer experience by identifying trends and optimising processes.
- Collaborate with regional teams to meet targets, automate workflows for efficiency, and track progress through regular reporting.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc in Business Management/Statistics/Industrial Management/Transport and Logistics or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Having good communication skills and teamwork capability.
- Experience or knowledge in using SQL and Python for data analysis will be an added advantage.
