We are looking for young & performance-oriented individuals to fill the vacant position existing at our main glass manufacturing plant in Horana.
EXECUTIVE INSTRUMENTATION
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in Engineering within Manufacturing industry.
Job Role
- Execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for automation machineries in production departments.
- Lead area improvement initiatives and support instrumentation-related projects to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Handle PLC and SCADA system Automation, control system modifications, and ensure the accuracy and upkeep of equipment drawings and maintenance records within the ERP system.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and shutdown maintenance.
- Provide technical training based on departmental needs, assist with manpower planning.
- Support internal audits, maintain ISO documentation and strictly adhere to all safety protocols.
