Executive Finance
Lihini Sea Foods Pvt Ltd is a leading player in the seafood industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Finance to join our team, focusing on customer outstanding recovery, financial management, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer outstanding payments, ensuring timely recovery and follow-ups.
- Maintain sound customer relationships by addressing financial queries and resolving disputes professionally.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, aging statements, and recovery progress.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution in Sri Lanka.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably with exposure to receivables management and customer recovery.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for effective customer interactions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
