Senior Manager – Finance
Sanasa Life Insurance Company PLC, a leading player in the insurance industry committed to empowering communities, is seeking a highly competent, dynamic, and results-driven professional to join our team as Senior Manager (Finance).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, including IRCSL guidelines.
- Manage internal controls, risk management processes, and financial audits.
- Liaise with auditors and other relevant regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and organizational sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience
- A recognized professional qualification in Finance/Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree would be an added advantage).
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a managerial position, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and Sri Lankan financial regulations.
