RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and rental bookings across app, web, and contact center platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on rental campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure SOP and SLA compliance, conduct quality checks, support training initiatives, and maintain internal documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in ride-hailing or logistics operations preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets with solid analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Work Ethic & Mindset: Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
