Driver Operations Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call drivers for online duty and direct them to high-demand areas.
- Track hourly hire counts and maintain records for analysis.
- Handle food operations and driver profile management as per protocols.
- Arrange drivers for corporate needs and special events.
- Create and send engaging driver communications in collaboration with marketing.
- Analyze operational data and present insights to management.
- Support departmental KPIs and work on a rotating roster, including shifts and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Creative and strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork skills in collaboration with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
- Exceptional written communication and translation skills is an added advantage.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
