Transport Assistant
Samson Rubber Products (Pvt) Ltd, a member of the DSI Samson Group is a foremost manufacturer of Moulded Rubber & Plastic products for domestic & international markets. Our factories are based in Galle, Dompe and Dalugama.
We are looking for experienced, energetic self-motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to join with us. There is a vacancy for the above position for immediate engagement in our Galle factory depending on the competencies of the suitable candidates who look for a career with us.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance, repair and utilization of all the vehicle of the organization
- Manage collection process of the organization by using transport team in timely manner
- Ensure the assurance of freight and the vehicles in the fleet
- Ensure the loading schedules and planning routes for multi drop deliveries
- Resolve problems and complaints relating to transportation
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma / Higher Diploma in Logistic Management / Fleet Management or equal qualifications in Transport Management
- Have minimum 3 years experience in Logistic & Transportation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Having proven track records on people management would be a definite advantage
- Age below 30 years
