Software Support Engineers
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (On-site)
Full-time | Immediate Start
EmetSoft (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading Sri Lankan software company contributing to the country’s digital growth since 1989 through ERP innovation and national-level solutions. We’re looking for energetic and dedicated Software Support Engineers to strengthen our implementation and support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP modules (Finance, HR, Payroll, Inventory, etc.)
- Assist in software implementation and training for clients
- Respond to support tickets and coordinate with development teams
- Perform QA testing, UAT, and system documentation
- Ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field.
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with ERP systems, QA, or software support is an added advantage (Those without experience can apply for a trainee or intern position)
