Areca Collection (Pvt) Ltd is an approved registered BOI company. We are interior fit-out specialist and an integrated custom-made furniture manufacturer for high-end hospitality market, apartments, office premises and etc.
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and results oriented with experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team.
Maintenance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on CNC machines, Waterjet machines, and other mechanical systems.
- Handle electrical and electronic maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
- Ensure timely response to maintenance requests with high attention to detail and neatness in work.
- Detect and report inferior quality or potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and coordinate with external service providers when required.
- Ensure adherence to all safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing CNC machines and Waterjet machines is essential.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of neatness and precision in all work performed.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to identify substandard work or quality issues.
- NVQ Level 4, Diploma, or Higher Certificate in a relevant technical field (an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to Work Independently;
- Have good communication skills in English both Writing /Speaking.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office application, internet communication skills.
