WAREHOUSE MANAGER
ZUZI (The Clothing Store) is one of the emerging outlets in the retail clothing industry. It is providing a wide range of clothing and accessories to all kinds of customers at affordable prices and good quality. We are currently expecting the following professional for our head office with integrity, energy, and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities -
- Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, dispatching, and maintenance operations
- Set up the layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
- Prepare annual budget
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
- Plan work tasks, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results
- Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc)
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
- Implement an efficient BIN system
Requirements:-
- Minimum 5 years working experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Proven experience in ERP system
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse and logistics principles and procedures
- A degree or a Diploma will be an added advantage
