BRANCH COORDINATOR

Branch Coordinator needed to manage branch activities, coordinate academic delivery, handle student matters, and ensure smooth administration in accordance with company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the academic calendars, course schedules, and facilitator requirements at the branch level.
  • Liaise with programme coordinators on course administration, feedback consolidation, and related tasks.
  • Implement and maintain branch-specific administrative systems and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Manage student inquiries, payments, and communications, including sending reminders and addressing payment issues.
  • Support student feedback surveys and other data collection activities.
  • Handle branch correspondence, complaints, and queries.
  • Provide support to the Lyceum Academy and assist with other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • HND/Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in programme coordination or in the field of education.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle student-related matters with professionalism and empathy.
  • Knowledge of academic procedures and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work on weekends is a must.
