Survey Draftsman
We are a leading serving and mapping agency with over 30 years history in the field of land surveying in Sri Lanka.
We are looking for experienced serving drafts personnel to join our Cadastral and Project teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- CAD drafting of the cadastral survey data and engineering survey data
- Drafting and preparation of the Cadastral survey plans including drafting of boundary schedules and narrations
- Compilation and completion of application forms and documents for Urban council plan approval
- Client coordination and communication necessary for service delivery
- Physical and digital data, records and file management
Qualifications:
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in CAD drafting
- Minimum of 2 years experience in CAD drafting
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/ZWCAD and Microsoft office software such as Word and Excel
- Past experience in preparation of Cadastral survey plans is an added advantage
