ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accomplish the company's GWP targets via allocated General Insurance categories.
  • Identify training needs & deliver effective and purposeful training programs.
  • Prepare training modules and designing session plans and lessons.
  • Conduct effective induction, orientation and Advance Training sessions for All branches.
  • Involve in revise modules and training need analysis time to time.
  • Monitor and evaluate Motor/Non-Motor training program's effectiveness, success and periodically and report on them.
  • Evaluate learners and find their Training Knowledge Gaps.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of Motor/Non-Motor training trends, developments and best practices for regions.
  • Performance Management and prepare the Analysis Intelligences Periodically.
  • Manage and optimize the Budgets.

Qualifications & Pre-requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance/ Management or a related field.
  • Sales related qualification in recognized University/Institute.
  • Over 3 years’ of experience in Training & Development with over 5 years’ of experience in Insurance Industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in training design, performance analysis, and tailoring programs to meet organizational needs.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to align training initiatives with corporate goals effectively.
