Teal Villa is one of Colombo’s fastest-growing boutique villas, offering an elegant and peaceful stay for both local and international guests. Our 4-bedroom property is known for its luxury experience and personalized service. We are now seeking a dedicated and responsible Housekeeper cum Caretaker to join our team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of the villa including sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen areas.
- Gardening: Keep the garden neat, water plants, and manage basic landscaping.
- Guest Assistance: Welcome guests, assist with luggage, respond to guest needs during their stay.
- Property Care: Monitor villa condition, report any maintenance needs, and ensure the property is always guest-ready.
- Live-In Requirement: Must reside full-time on the premises for ongoing care and guest readiness.
Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping or caretaking preferred
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, reliable, and able to communicate with guests professionally
- Basic knowledge of English and Sinhala or Tamil is a plus
- Physically fit and willing to handle a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks
- Willing to live on-site
