The Assistant Manager - Procurement is responsible for managing and streamlining the sourcing and purchasing of materials, services, and equipment to meet the company's operational and production needs. The role involves vendor management, negotiation, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. The position also supports strategic procurement planning, risk mitigation, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Finance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to ensure uninterrupted operations and optimal supplier performance.
