  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Map existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose streamlined processes, cost-saving opportunities, and automation possibilities.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify key trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Perform root cause analysis and data modeling to support business problem-solving.
  • Deliver actionable insights based on statistical analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Present analytical findings and business recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a combined business/data analyst role or similar.
  • Strong skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.
