Position: Trainee Coordinator
We're looking for a dynamic female candidate (age 19–25) to join our team. If you are eager to learn, fluent in English, and have solid computer skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with international suppliers and local customers
- Handle email communications and documentation related to shipments
- Track original shipping documents and assist customers with clearing goods at port
- Organize and monitor sample requests and stock levels
- Support the sourcing of new products and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records and assist in business development tasks
What We Expect:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong computer literacy (Email, Word, Excel)
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- School leavers encouraged to apply
- Preference will be given to candidates from Pannipitiya / Maharagama [Not Compulsory]
