Workshop Controller - Automotive Service Center
- A valid driving license must be held for a minimum of 5 years.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the exact job role.
- Ability to test drive cars and do fault diagnosis to assist technicians.
- Job distribution and assigning to technicians on their level of expertise and direct coordination with service advisors on repair progress of each individual job are a must.
- Ensure that the job card time in & out and job write-up are done correctly by technicians.
- Control the technician’s utilization and reduce shop idling time to the minimum possible.
- Maintain the highest workshop KPIs, such as technician’s efficiency, productivity, & utilization.
- Control and coordinate all the additional repair estimates reached by the service advisor in a timely manner.
- Control the vehicle inflow and complete requested jobs in time and be able to deliver a clean car to the service advisor for delivery.
- Maintain 100% cleanliness in the workplace at all times.
- Focus on workshop revenue target achievement and individual technician’s target achievement is a must.
- Able to handle automotive scan tools, perform vehicle upgrading, and perform vehicle software updating in must.
