We are looking for CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATES to join our team
These individuals will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and setup support.
The role includes
- Assisting new customers with the setup and onboarding on to the platform, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless transition
- Setup up the required templates and accounts
- Contacting existing customers via email to make sure they are happy and suggesting improvements to their setup
- Chase clients for outstanding information needed for set up
The ideal candidate will have
- Pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field for equivalent experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills with strong reading & writing skills
- Good spoken English
- A strong problem-solving mindset
- Be able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in technology and knowledge of the legal industry is an advantage
We offer a competitive remuneration package that will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
Work hours will be in line with UK business hours (2PM to 11PM Sri Lankan time), Monday to Friday and follow the UK calendar, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
