RECEPTION CUM OFFICE ASSISTANT

An Established, Regional Holistic Healthcare Company, seeks English Speaking Office Assistant for our Rajagiriya, Colombo 8 -Office.

We are looking for a People Oriented Person. A young and professional candidate within the age group of 22-40 years who must have:

  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English. Tamil is an added advantage.
  • We are looking to complete the GCE Advanced Level with a C pass in GCE Ordinary Level English.
  • Should have good conversational skills to handle customer inquiries and appointment scheduling over the phone.
  • Excellent computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • High levels of patience and compassion when dealing with patients from a range of emotional, social, and behavioural backgrounds.
  • Self-confident, highly independent, assertive.
  • Working experience of at least 2 years in Customer care or Front desk in Hospitality Industry.

Demonstrated ability to multitask with commitment to the institution and accountability towards the job role is expected.

Working Hours

8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Salary

Negotiable.
