SALARY LKR 100,000 - LKR 130,000
WORK FROM HOME
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Admin & Operations to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to client or customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels
- Prepare and issue invoices, quotes, and other standard documents
- Maintain and update internal records, databases, and spreadsheets
- Assist with general administrative support across departments
- Support operational tasks such as coordinating schedules, and managing basic reporting
- Help manage internal communications and follow up on assigned tasks
- Maintain documentation for compliance, HR, and workflow processes
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role is a plus
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools
