EXECUTIVE-ADMIN & OPERATIONS

SALARY LKR 100,000 - LKR 130,000

WORK FROM HOME

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Admin & Operations to join our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to client or customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels
  • Prepare and issue invoices, quotes, and other standard documents
  • Maintain and update internal records, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with general administrative support across departments
  • Support operational tasks such as coordinating schedules, and managing basic reporting
  • Help manage internal communications and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Maintain documentation for compliance, HR, and workflow processes
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role is a plus
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools
