INFORMATION OFFICER CUM RECEPTIONIST - FEMALE

Responsibilities

  • Attending internal and external calls promptly and professionally at all times including walk-in guests
  • Providing accurate information in the first instance and explain the college procedures
  • Professionally assisting the walk-in guests to give a pleasant experience
  • Resolve the Parents / Old Boys / Guests requirements quickly and efficiently and maintain a good rapport with visitors
  • Maintaining all the information, call records and visitor records for future reference

Prerequisites

  • The candidate should possess a minimum of three (03) years of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Candidates must have successfully completed the GCE Ordinary Level & GCE Advanced Level.
  • Experience of working in an educational institutional environment would be an advantage.
  • Should be a pro-active person, computer literate, preferably trilingual and capable of working in the English language.
  • The candidate should have a pleasing personality with listening skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Should be in the age category of 25 – 45 years, preferably female candidates could apply.
