IT Support Technician
EKHO Surf, Bentota
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to manage the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including system setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role involves supporting end-users, maintaining hardware inventory, and ensuring high service standards through effective vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT infrastructure administration of the Hotel.
- Install and configure hardware, operating systems & software systems.
- Hardware troubleshooting & repairing.
- Network & Wi-Fi troubleshooting & repairing.
- Maintain IT hardware inventory.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware & software issues.
- Vendor relationship management with all key vendors to ensure obtaining the highest standards of service.
Qualifications:
- Following or completed NVQ Level 4 in Computer hardware & networking.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in IT.
- Experience in ICT infrastructure administration and maintenance.
- Knowledge of network configuration & operation (Firewall, Switches, Routers).
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi & CCTV network administration.
- Strong network & system troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting & repairing (Desktop, Laptop, POS, Printers).
