We at W T S LINES LANKA (PVT) LTD over 10 years experience in the Shipping industry into International NVOCC and Freight Forwarding operation with rapidly expanding business activities. With the support of our valued clients, we have been expanding in terms of clientele, business volume, worldwide agents’ network and other aspects of the business.
We at WTS seeking a hard-working and self-motivated individual with a passion to drive sales to join our growing and dynamic team. The employee in this role will assist our company growth, development and smooth function of operation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet customers to secure new business opportunities and retain the existing business to drive revenue growth and build customer relationships.
- Achieve the monthly targets while adhering to company guidelines.
- Create, analyse and determine the best propositions to our clients.
- Conduct market research to understand the market/customer requirement and opportunities. Perform monthly reporting to principles and management.
- Ensure service quality and SOP’s being met, while fulfilling stakeholder requirements.
- Manage timely follow-ups and report to management.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in SOC and COC Sales and Marketing.
- Good command of communication skills, proficient in both written and verbal language in English.
- Good knowledge in MS Office.
- A team player with strong organizational skills.
- Timely and effective problem-solving skills.
