Logistics Executive
We are a leading company specializing in the importation and distribution of high-quality Engineering goods from around the world. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to handle stores management and imports coordination works.
Key Responsibilities
- Store management, maintaining inventory on software, issuing and receiving goods, monitoring and placing orders.
- Coordinating the imports process from order placement to delivery, including coordination with freight forwarders and customs clearing agents.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Passed in minimum of two subjects in GCE (A/L) Science or Commerce streams.
- A Diploma in Logistics management or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in import operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Clear understanding of import procedures, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
- High level of accuracy in handling documentation and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge and skill of working on computer packages such as, QuickBooks, MS Word, Excell, Outlook, etc.
- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate via e-mail independently.
- Gender: Female preferred
- Age: Below 35
