We are looking for a Solar PV Technician
Panasian Power PLC (PAP) is a leading supplier of clean, renewable energy to Sri Lanka's national energy grid. Established in 2002 with support from the Board of Investment, PAP operates three Mini-Hydro Power Plants with ground and rooftop solar plants to provide affordable, sustainable, and reliable energy to the country. With a vision of enhancing the power requirement of the region while preserving the environment, PAP is committed to a brighter, cleaner, and more sustainable future. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Solar PV Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for solar PV system installation supervision, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Liaise with Sungrow India service team on warranty services and provide faster solution to customers.
- Handling warranty services and system monitoring.
- Maintaining Good customer relationship.
- Attending to the Solar PV / Inverters service-related jobs.
- Assist in handling the service inquiries.
- Maintaining the service stock and Record Keeping.
- Plant monitoring and attending to the services.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 Completed.
- Prior experience in Solar PV inverter Installations, Commissioning & after sales service.
- Experience in residential & commercial solar PV installation is a must.
- Troubleshooting of PV inverters.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Proper Handling Safety Equipment, Measuring Equipment & Power Equipment.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- SEA Training qualifications added advantage.
