Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) - Engineering
We at Monarch Imperial (Pvt) Ltd are looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead and manage our air conditioning (HVAC) projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of air conditioning systems from design and installation to commissioning, maintenance, and project close-out.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in handling air conditioning (HVAC) projects including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep technical expertise in air conditioning systems (split, VRF/VRV, AHU, ducted, and central plant systems).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and subcontractors simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations, safety codes, and energy efficiency standards.
- PMP Certification or other project management qualifications will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of air conditioning (HVAC) projects, from planning through to completion.
- Oversee all technical aspects of system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and reporting systems.
- Ensure all works comply with industry standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to maintain control and quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during project execution and maintenance stages.
