Overview Of the Role
The HSSE Executive will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards and procedures across central warehouse locations. This role involves monitoring work environments, conducting audits and inspections, promoting a culture of safety, and ensuring adherence to both company and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Promote a safety-first culture through awareness campaigns and training.
- Ensure incident and accident investigations are conducted and documented properly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HSSE role, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.
- Professional certifications in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with national HSSE regulations and standards.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to influence and train teams on HSSE practices.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
