.NET Tech Lead/ Associate Tech Lead - Could Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end software development life cycle — from analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, to support.
- Design and develop large-scale, cloud-based web and database applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team, enforcing best practices and coding standards.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with business users, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Drive innovation by introducing new technologies, tools, and techniques.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the maintainability and quality of codebases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.
- Strong architectural skills in designing scalable and secure cloud-based enterprise-level applications.
- Mandatory expertise in:
- Microsoft Azure/ AWS platform
- ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core
- SQL Server, Entity Framework
- REST APIs, Web API, WCF
- JavaScript, jQuery and client-side scripting
- Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of AI-driven application development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
