Finance Analyst
Key responsibilities
- Manage landlord rental payments, electricity payments, and permit fee management.
- Support in preparing master invoices monthly for lamp pole rentals, pass-through rentals, pass-through electricity, one-time revenue, and advertising scopes.
- Assist in overseeing warehouse and logistics functions.
- Handle bank and treasury matters.
- Month-end closing and year-end audit support.
- Support collections, payment processing, taxation, and cash flow management.
- Support group-driven projects and system implementations.
Requirements
- Age below 30 years.
- A graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Economics, or a related field, holding either a First Class or Second-Class Upper Division.
- Following Business Lever or above under CA Sri Lanka curriculum or similar professional qualification.
- Having good analytical skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with IT literacy (Mainly MS Excel).
- Go getter with positive attitude and ability to meet strict deadlines, work under pressure while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as a good team player.
