Position: Ticketing Executive
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of ticketing and reservation services for both domestic and international travel. This role requires proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations, bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds related to ticket booking.
- Work with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Issue tickets and provide accurate fare quotes to customers.
- Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and clients regarding ticketing and travel requirements.
- Assist with travel documentation, visa information, and itinerary management.
- Maintain proper records and generate ticketing reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any booking-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar ticketing role.
- Proficiency in one or more GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
