Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an administrative executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating our various training programs and ensuring their smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Coordinate with lecturers to ensure smooth academic processes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Supervise daily operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- A degree in Management or currently pursuing one (Undergraduates are also considered)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Female candidates preferred, aged below 30
- No prior experience required; relevant experience will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy with proficiency in essential software
