We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join our dynamic team and lead the assurance of consistent quality across raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
Quality Assurance Executive
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Quality Assurance: Manage all QA activities across raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods while ensuring full compliance with SLS, ISO, BS, EN and other regulatory standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement & Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the QA team, promote a culture of quality and accountability, and oversee training programs to build internal QA capabilities.
- Audit, Compliance & Reporting: Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and analyze quality data to identify trends, non-conformances, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Consistency: Work closely with Production, R&D, and Procurement teams to ensure product quality, resolve issues, and implement process improvements in alignment with sustainability goals.
- Laboratory & Safety Oversight: Maintain laboratory readiness through equipment calibration and maintenance, while ensuring operational safety standards are met across all QA-related activities in line with the company’s sustainability-driven operations.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or Diploma in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field. A qualification in Quality Management Systems is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in a quality assurance or similar role.
- Strong in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical comprehension of manufacturing processes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work independently, and willing to work extra hours when required. Preferred age: below 40 years.
