Production Supervisor / Officer – Finishing Plant
EL - TORO Roofing Products Ltd is a leading name in Sri Lanka’s roofing industry, providing eco-friendly total roofing solutions. Our state-of-the-art production facility in Chilaw offers the ideal environment for career growth and innovation. We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our team as Production Supervisor / Officer – Finishing Plant.
Requirements:
- Degree or GCE (A/L) in the science stream with relevant experience
- Professional qualification in manufacturing/engineering would be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar capacity within manufacturing industries
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Sound knowledge of production planning, execution, control, and reporting
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills to manage labor-intensive processes
- Responsible for achieving production targets and ensuring product quality
- Knowledge of troubleshooting machine/production unit issues
- Commitment to safety practices
- Willingness to work on day/night shift-based schedules
- Age below 35 years
Preference will be given to applicants residing in Chilaw or nearby areas, or those willing to stay in the area.
