We are seeking dynamic young Engineering Graduates with an interest to keep abreast with current trends in IP based communication technology and products to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Implement and support LankaCom Internet Services.
- Support in managing Lankacom’s core network and corporate customers.
- Coordinate with other ISPs in managing Sri Lanka IX.
- Source and implement new services, technologies, and equipment that could expand service features and improve reliability.
- Attend to real-time support requests and trouble shoot faults.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science and Network / Electronics / Telecommunications from a recognized university.
- Exposure to CISCO products, preferably supported by a CISCO certification.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (Core network/ISP/Customer).
- Positive customer-oriented attitude.
