Sales Executive (B2B)

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive (B2B) to join our team and play a key role in building strong client relationships and driving business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new business opportunities in target markets and generate qualified leads through proactive research and outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls and initial outreach to prospective clients to schedule meetings and pitch solutions.
  • Secure client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's software, digital marketing, and customer support services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present tailored business proposals that align with client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) to develop customized solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing the sale.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurately maintain the sales pipeline and update all client interactions and deal stages using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new selling opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • A Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar B2B sales role.
  • Age between 25 to 40 years.
  • SLIM/ CIM or equivalent professional qualifications will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil will be a definite advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A target-driven personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

Working hours 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
