STORES EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain the inventory of goods and materials in the store.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Receive goods and materials, ensuring proper inspection and verification against purchase orders.
  • Prepare and process Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Goods Dispatch Notes (GDN) accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and store transactions.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and assist in stock reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth material flow and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the store.
  • Assist in reporting and documentation related to inventory and stock management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with SAP for inventory management and transaction processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 1-2 years previous experience is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
