Job Description
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, referrals, and direct marketing.
Conduct market research to understand current trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Organize and conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase properties.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, follow-ups, and negotiating deals.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and operational metrics.
Monitor project timelines, handle client escalations, and assist in operational problem-solving.
Support budgeting, project tracking, and implementation of new operational processes for efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, ethics, and customer focus.
