- Excellent Accounting Software user administration skills – Sciencer.

RESIDENT MANAGER
Proven experience as a Resident Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Duties
- Oversee day to day operations across all departments.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction.
- Financial Reporting and Cost Control.
- Ensure Health, Safety and Hygiene policies.
- Property Maintenance.
- Promote Travel Agent and Corporate Sales.
- Enrich relationship with Guest, Stakeholders, and Community.
The successful candidate should possess a pleasing and outgoing personality.
